1.Before delivery, slowly charge the bladder with nitrogen to 3.5 MPa and check for leakage.
2.With the bladder not deflated, pressurize the system to 4.0 MPa using a manual fluid replenishment pump. Remove the instruments to be delivered before pressure testing, and check joints and welds for leakage.
3.After passing pressure testing, release the oil pressure first, then adjust the accumulator nitrogen pressure to the value specified on the drawing.
4.Drain all oil from the system before shipment and packing, and check that all required accessories are complete.
