The storage tank shall be installed 300 mm higher than the mechanical seal. After connecting the pipelines according to the schematic diagram, bleed all air from the mechanical seal. Add sealing liquid (engine oil or water as required) up to the top head line, and a certain amount of air must be retained. Connect nitrogen to a controllable pressure valve, and adjust the pressure to 0.1 MPa higher than the maximum pressure inside the reactor (stable pressure). When the sealing liquid in the balancing tank drops below the lowest level of the liquid level sight glass, the system must be replenished to the highest liquid level.

Product features and advantages

1. Modular design allows all wearing parts to be interchangeable, ensuring better stability in mass production and higher cost performance.
2. With modular design, production is used to replace stocking, and the delivery time is shortened by 50% compared with the original design.
3. Dry-running products feature higher cleanliness, enhanced safety and lower noise; they replace imported mechanical seals and offer better cost performance.
